The Downtown Real Estate Association Members (DREAM) are the area's voice of Downtown Los Angeles real estate. We are made up of talented and skilled professionals who insist on only the highest standards, using the most sophisticated systems, and working in an intense but enjoyable Downtown Los Angeles environment. As an organization, we agree to:
- Promote the highest ethical and professional standards and cooperation among its members.
- Provides products, programs and services to meet the evolving needs of the real estate industry and consumers.
- Serve as leading advocates of private property rights and community involvement.
- Assists members in serving the public ethic.
Develop and deliver programs, services and related products that maintain
and elevate the high standards of the real estate business and the professional conduct of its members.Value and seek diversity and inclusive participation within the field of
real estate and recognizes each member as a unique individual.- Protect the right of members to conduct business within a framework of fair and reasonable laws and governmental regulations.
- Promotes and preserves the right to own, transfer and use real property.
- Assists members in serving the public ethically and successfully with the highest degree of professional ability in real estate matters.
To maintain a network where we can market our listings for real estate that we currently have available in our independent offices; a network where we can display current listings to allow larger groups of people to view and purchase real estate we are selling.
To encourage our members' success through education and professional services and to represent our members as positive, ethical contributors to the economic and social well-being of our Downtown Los Angeles community.
